Casa Naomi Details

Although we only rent out to groups of up to 7 people, Casa Naomi is designed to cater comfortably for our own family groups of between 2 and 10, with beds, linen, crockery, kitchen equipment, tables, furniture, sun loungers etc provided to suit. Guests can therefore be confident that there is ample provision for their needs. The thick walls and traditional house design promote a cooler interior during the summer months and cut out the need for noisy and environmentally unfriendly air-conditioning. Fans are however provided in all the bedrooms and in the sitting room for those who require them. There are beamed ceilings and tiled floors throughout. All windows are fitted with integral fly screens. USB charging points are provided in all bedrooms as well as the dining and sitting rooms and on the veranda. There is a satellite internet system and Wifi that extends throughout the house, veranda and pool area.

We eat all our meals on the veranda during the summer months. Rather than supply one large table, we have provided 5 smaller tables and 10 chairs that can be moved and configured to suit your needs. There are also 2 very comfortable Adirondack type lounging chairs.

The swimming pool is built in a ‘figure of 8’ shape. One end is shallow (about 0.9 m) with a flat bottom and semi circular access steps, this being more suitable for small children, and there is a deeper ‘well’ at the other end. The pool water is circulated via a system of solar panels, which helps extend the swimming season at each end of the summer and the pool is professionally maintained throughout the season. Although not a substitute for vigilant parents, the pool area is enclosed by unobtrusive fencing to help keep children safe.
