Rental Rates

Casa Naomi is usually let on a weekly basis, but shorter rentals may be available, depending on occupancy. 

Prices are given in UK £ and are for the whole villa, including provision of sheets and towels for inside. We also include pool towels, saving you considerable luggage space and baggage cost.

Payments can be made either by secure online system (Stripe) or by bank transfer, with a 25% deposit required to secure the booking and the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.

We will give a full refund if your booking is cancelled over 6 weeks before arrival, 50% if cancelled over 4 weeks before arrival and 25% if cancelled over 2 weeks before arrival. No refund will be given for bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival.  This may be flexible depending upon the national covid situation at the time.

There is a refundable damage deposit of £250, payable along with the main rental balance 6 weeks before arrival.

Saturday is our preferred change over day, but other days will be considered particularly out of high season. We have not fixed any specific check in or check out times, but the house does need to be prepared between guests and we may therefore have to limit guests use of the facilities whilst this work is completed.  The house is cleaned to the standard required by the authorities to meet covid sanitisation.
